Schedule a pickup online or via our app, and our DoorDash partners will collect your laundry at the scheduled time. We’ll process your laundry according to your specifications and deliver it back to you at a convenient time.
We offer a 24 to 36-hour turnaround time for most orders, ensuring you get your laundry back promptly.
Yes, we have a minimum order of $35 for wash and fold pickup and delivery, and $70 for dry cleaning orders on their own. Although we accept orders below this minimum weight, you will be billed at the minimum rate.
At our store, your laundry is weighed, and you’ll receive a text message with an invoice showing the weight and total cost. Your associated credit or debit card is charged once the order is processed.
If you miss the designated delivery, a $10 Missed Delivery fee will be charged to your account to cover the additional handling.
You don’t need to be home to receive your laundry. You can leave your laundry in a designated safe spot, and our drivers will pick it up or drop it off as per the instructions you provide.
You can cancel or modify your order provided a DoorDash partner has not yet been assigned. Please make any changes at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
