Yes, we have a minimum order of $35 for wash and fold pickup and delivery, and $70 for dry cleaning orders on their own. Although we accept orders below this minimum weight, you will be billed at the minimum rate.
You have the option to cancel your order as long as a dasher has not been assigned to handle the pickup or delivery. Once a dasher has been assigned, any changes or cancellations to the order are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel your order, we advise doing so at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

However, please rest assured that your card will not be charged until your order is fully completed and ready for delivery. You will receive text notifications at each stage of the process, including when we receive your laundry, when it is being processed, and when it is ready for delivery back to you. Rest assured; you will be kept informed throughout the entire process!
If your laundry is not ready for pickup on the designated delivery date, a $10.00 Missed Delivery fee will be billed to your credit card.
