How can I schedule a pickup for my laundry?
You have the option to arrange a pickup either through our website or by downloading the CleanCloud app. Once you’ve chosen our store, ‘Ryanna Laundromat,’ simply select a suitable date and time for pickup, and we’ll handle the rest.

Our laundry pickup and delivery service is easy to use. Schedule a pickup online or through our app, and our DoorDash partners will come to your location to collect your laundry. We’ll then process it according to your preferences and deliver it back to you at a convenient time.

At the store, your laundry is weighed, and a text message containing an invoice displaying the weight and total will be sent to you. Once your order has been cleaned, the credit or debit card associated with your account will be charged accordingly.

Yes, we have a minimum order of $35 for wash and fold pickup and delivery, and $70 for dry cleaning orders on their own. Although we accept orders below this minimum weight, you will be billed at the minimum rate.

You have the option to cancel your order as long as a dasher has not been assigned to handle the pickup or delivery. Once a dasher has been assigned, any changes or cancellations to the order are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel your order, we advise doing so at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

We collect credit card information up front as a part of our order processing procedure. However, please rest assured that your card will not be charged until your order is fully completed and ready for delivery. This approach helps us streamline our operations and ensures a smooth and efficient experience for our valued customers. Your payment will only be processed once we have verified that your order is accurate and meets your expectations.

Not at all! Our goal is to provide you with complete freedom from laundry. That also means freedom from having to wait for a delivery driver to show up and pick up your clothes. If you prefer, you can leave them on your front porch, and we can coordinate to determine what works best for you!

You will receive text notifications at each stage of the process, including when we receive your laundry, when it is being processed, and when it is ready for delivery back to you. Rest assured; you will be kept informed throughout the entire process!

Preparing your laundry for pickup is simple and easy. All you need to do is place your soiled garments inside a securely sealed plastic or laundry bag. This ensures that no items will fall out during transportation.

If your laundry is not ready for pickup on the designated delivery date, a $10.00 Missed Delivery fee will be billed to your credit card.
