  • These terms and conditions are applicable to all orders accepted from you, regardless of whether they are placed through our website, mobile app, SMS, or any other platform. By submitting an order, you are automatically acknowledging and consenting to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • 2. By placing an order, customers explicitly grant permission and provide authorization to Ryanna Laundromat Inc. to charge their credit card upon the completion of the order.
  • 3. For our pickup & delivery service, a minimum weight of 22 pounds is necessary for all orders. Orders below this minimum weight will still be billed at the minimum rate of 22 pounds.
  • 4. The usual processing time for wash and fold orders falls within the range of 24 to 48 hours. Nevertheless, if your order consists of both wash and fold items as well as dry cleaning, please expect a longer processing duration, typically spanning 3 to 4 days. It’s important to understand that we cannot be held accountable for delays stemming from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions like rain or snow.
  • 5. Prior to Pick-up and Delivery, customers will receive a text message notification.
  • 6. If our driver is dispatched for a pick-up, and no one is available at the designated location to complete the order, a “Missed Pick-Up Fee” of $10.00 will be applied and charged to your credit card.
  • 7. We do not assume liability for unclaimed clothing. Any garments left unclaimed will be handled in accordance with state regulations. If arrangements for a redelivery of laundered clothing are not made within 90 days, the clothing may be disposed of or donated to St. Mary’s Church.
  • 8. We exercise meticulous care when laundering the clothing you entrust to us, employing methods that we deem suitable for each garment’s specific nature and condition. Nonetheless, we cannot assume liability for any inherent weaknesses or imperfections in materials that are not readily apparent prior to laundering. This disclaimer is particularly relevant, although not exclusively limited to, materials such as suedes, leather, silks, satins, and the like. Furthermore, we disclaim responsibility for any damage incurred by trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.
  • 9. While laundering, we cannot provide a guarantee against color loss and shrinkage, or protect weak and delicate fabrics from potential damage.
  • 10.The company’s liability for any lost or damaged articles shall not exceed three times the charge for processing those items.
  • 11.We assume no responsibility for any items left in pockets and bags that may cause damage to clothing, such as pens, markers, gum, etc.
  • 12. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • 13.Please ensure laundry is placed inside a securely closed bag for pick-up.
  • 14. Should the laundry bag and its contents become misplaced, and the customer promptly notifies Ryanna Laundromat by contacting 718-629-9000 or emailing info@ryannalaundry.com 
    within two hours of delivery, Ryanna Laundromat will initiate a refund if the clothing cannot be located. This refund will be determined by the weight of the laundry, with the amount not surpassing three times the price based on the weight, or a maximum of $200.
  • 15. For any special requests, kindly avoid communicating them to the driver, as they are not tasked with managing such requests. Instead, it falls upon the customer to contact us directly either by dialing 718-629-9000 or using the app’s messaging feature.
